Work product created for clients under a specific engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement.

4. Payment terms

Service fees, payment schedules, and refund terms are specified in your project agreement or statement of work. Unless stated otherwise:

• Project deposits are due before work begins
• Monthly retainer fees are billed at the start of each service month
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue
• Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We do not share, sell, or publish client work or data without explicit permission. Mutual NDAs available on request.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We make no guarantees about specific search rankings, advertising returns, revenue outcomes, or other performance metrics. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buzz Scouts LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Buzz Scouts in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Buzz Scouts LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services in violation of applicable law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement under the terms specified in the relevant project agreement. Retainer agreements typically require 30 days' written notice.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
