What data does ImageFix access?
ImageFix accesses your Shopify store’s product data including product titles, images, media files, and variant information. This data is used solely to provide the app’s image scanning, alt text generation, and optimization features.

What data does ImageFix collect?
ImageFix does not collect or store any personal data from your customers or buyers. We do not access customer information, order data, or payment information.

How is data processed?
Product images are sent to Anthropic’s Claude AI service for alt text generation. Images are processed in real-time and are not stored by Anthropic beyond the API request. Optimized images are temporarily processed on our servers for resizing and compression before being uploaded back to your Shopify store.

Third-party services:

– Railway: Used for application hosting

Data sharing:
We do not sell, rent, or share your store data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Data retention:
ImageFix does not store your product images or data beyond active processing. Session data is maintained as required by Shopify for app authentication.
